Oddly Appealing

The origins of the "Lolita" short cartoons are almost as obscure as their present whereabouts.  They were made in France but also aired during the early years of Teletoon in Canada.  Most refer to is as "Lolita Lolita" because of the repetition on the title screen, but we'll discuss that and other details elsewhere.
