Regarding Lolita
There's really not a lot to say about the show beyond what you can see for yourself. But we'll keep track of what is known here and you can send corrections and updates to fix the mistakes.
Missing Episodes
"I remember one that was exactly like the Mole/Lolita reading in the park one. Same animation for Lolita but I forget how it ended. Basically, instead of the mole it was an older, heavier man who was jogging and stopped to catch his breath. One he noticed her the usual stuff ensued, his jaw dropped and he went crazy. I can't remember if he ran towards her or stayed put. It was much duplicated material like the Radio and TV episodes."
"I heard there was a second Cupid episode, but more revealing. Never saw it personally."

The wayback machine has one reference to Lolita on a site apparently related to Project Images: http://www.projectpresse.com/article.php3?id_article=120. Here's the specific note with machine translation:
"Lolita" - Diffusion : La 5, RTL - Allemagne - Turquie - Canada - USA - Dessins animés incrustés sur décor tourné en vues réelles, 50 épisodes
"Lolita" - Dissemination: 5, RTL - Germany - Turkey - Canada - USA - Cartoons on inlaid decoration shot in live action, 50 episodes
Teletoon and Canada
Teletoon did answer a few letters on their web site which can be viewed through the wayback machine. On there you can find http://www.teletoon.com/PostOffice/Archives_En/99_January.htm. It's there we learn there were 50 episodes in all.
There's also a program listing on their web site which sounds like it was translated from French: http://www.teletoon.com/cgi-local/program.cgi?value=Lolita&type=title&match=exact. Here's the series description:
Lolita, a young fine impish girl, evolves in an every day-life background. In spite of herself, her charms provoke strange or even surrealistic reactions in people and objects. Lolita is a realistic cartoon character incrusted on inside and outside life-like scenery.
